If it is found that you were here in an official capacity or any information about this event is published, you will be obligated to reimburse for all damages, legal costs, and any other costs we deem appropriate, so in other words, just don't do it. 2) You will not discuss our events other than with other guests of the events. What you see or hear here is confidential and any information about the event, location, or other information is considered private and you will be subject to a lawsuit for violating your agreement to keep such information confidential. 3) These are social events for relaxing and enjoying the company of like minded individuals and couples. This is not an open invitation to do as you please or for you to have any expectation of anything in particular happening other than to have a good time. Keep in mind that No means No and unsolicited touching is not allowed. If told to stop, that means stop, and it means stop now. 4) These are primarily clothing optional events. If you are offended by nudity, please do not sign up. 5) We only endorse safe behaviour and we have no responsibility for anything that results as the outcome from something that occurs while here. 6) We do not provide alcohol and insist that you limit your drinking, in particular if you are going to drive afterwards. 7) Wrist bands are used to identify our guests and are used to determine if you object to being in pictures or not. You are responsible for keeping your wrist band on and if lost, you will be charged $10 for a replacement. 8) These are primarily outside events with a lot of barefoot people, and as a result, NO GLASS is allowed for the safety of our guests. You will be asked to keep any glass in your vehicle and violation of the rule will result in expulsion for putting others in jeoprady. We now have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding glass violaters. 9) Your responsible for all damage you cause while here. The nominal donation paid for access to an event doesn't cover the costs to repair the pool or repair or replace landscaping. 10) You will be issued a membership card which will be required for admission to our events. This is a lifetime membership card and is free. You will be given your card at the first event you attend. Replacement cards are $5 to be paid at admission for any event at which you don't have your card. Submission of the form does not mean you will automatically be a member or that you will be invited to our events. Further, we can remove that right if you violate our terms of membership or entry to our events. NOTE: We need to be able to validate your lifestyle compatibility. There are currently five methods of doing that: 1. Member of Lifestyle Lounge and have earned a Real Seal. If your not a member of Lifestyle Lounge you can begin the process by clicking HERE 2. Member of Swing Lifestyle and are Certified. If your not a member of Swing Lifestyle you can begin the process by clicking HERE 3. Member of Kasidie and have been Certified. If your not a member of Kasidie you can begin the process by clicking HERE 4. Member of Swing Village and are a Certified Swinger. If your not a member of Swing Village you can begin the process by clicking HERE 5. We also accept personal references from people who are currently a member of MN Party HQ. You need to list their real name or pseudonym in the comments area and then have them contact us to confirm your lifestyle compatibility.
